Placing an Order

Every order you place with Laplice is prepared with care and attention. Once you click “Confirm Order,” your request enters our system and our team gets to work.

Before placing an order, please double-check your details especially your size, color choice, and shipping address. Once payment is processed and the order is confirmed, changes or cancellations might not be possible.

If you’re ever unsure, our support team is just an email away to help you decide. Because of the nature of our made-to-order process, returns or exchanges due to wrong size selection aren’t possible unless there’s a manufacturing issue.

Payment & Security

Your payment details are encrypted and processed safely. We never store your full card information.

All prices on our website are listed in your selected currency (default: USD), and any taxes or shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your payment is complete, your order begins processing. If it’s a custom or limited edition product, cancellations after production starts may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship with trusted logistics partners like DHL, FedEx, and Skynet to ensure your order reaches you safely.


Delivery usually takes up to 25 business days, depending on the shipping option you choose Standard, Fast, or Express. In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs or external factors but don’t worry, we’ll keep you informed with tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or customs issues, re-shipping charges will apply.

Once your order is with the courier, they become responsible for delivery but our team will always assist you if anything goes wrong.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Every Laplice item is made with love and care, so we hope you adore it.

However, in case of a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or replacement.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds, if approved, are processed after full inspection and may take 10–15 business days.

Items damaged by the customer or worn after delivery aren’t eligible for return or refund.

We appreciate your patience handmade products deserve gentle care and time.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing it.

If production hasn’t started, we’ll try to accommodate your request.

Once an order enters production or is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

In some cases, a small deduction (up to 30%) may apply for cancellations during preparation, depending on the progress of your order.
