We don’t keep ready stock each piece is made-to-order, designed and tailored according to your exact size and preferences. Because of that, every item we create is truly one of a kind.

Our No-Return Policy (With a Promise)

Since every Laplice product is crafted on order and customized to your measurements, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations once production begins.

However, your satisfaction means the world to us and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.

That’s why we’ll gladly accept a return or offer a replacement only in these specific cases:

  • The product arrives damaged, torn, or broken
  • There’s a manufacturing defect in stitching, design, or material
  • The size or material delivered is different from what you ordered

If any of these issues occur, just reach out within 4 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right whether that means a free replacement or a fair refund.

Why Returns Are Limited

Every Laplice product is made to your order not from stock or pre-made inventory.

This means once we begin crafting your piece, it’s created specially for you and cannot be resold or reused.

That’s why we’re unable to accept returns for reasons like:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size or measurements provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by courier or customs

We truly appreciate your understanding this made-to-order process is what allows us to maintain the quality, precision, and care in every single piece we create.

How to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery at: info.laplice@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process smoothly and quickly.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we’ll help you with the next steps.

For verified manufacturing issues, Laplice will cover the return shipping cost.

For other cases, return shipping will need to be covered by the customer.
