That’s why we don’t usually accept general returns. But if something ever goes wrong, we’ll make it right because your trust means everything to us.
When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
We always double-check our products before they leave our studio, but in rare cases, issues can happen during production or shipping.
You’re fully covered under our Money Back Guarantee if:
- The product arrives damaged, torn, or broken
- There’s any manufacturing or stitching defect
- The size or material is different from what you ordered
If this happens, don’t worry we’ll happily offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on what works best for you.
How to Contact Us
If you receive a product with any of the above issues, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
Just email us at info.laplice@gmail.com with your order number and a few clear photos or videos of the issue. Once we review it, we’ll get back to you quickly and resolve it within 7–10 business days either by refund or replacement.
When Returns Aren’t Possible
Since every Laplice item is made specially to your measurements:
- We can’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong size provided by the customer, or personal preference.
- Products bought on sale or promotion are considered final sale and aren’t eligible for refund or return.
We hope you understand custom pieces are made uniquely for you, and that’s what makes them so special.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved because of a defect or damage, we’ll happily cover the return shipping costs.
For any other reason, return shipping will need to be covered by the buyer.
